Russ Anderson
Abstract: “Antigravity and Force Field Propulsion: History, Etiology, and Practicality”
This lecture deals with field effect and "antigravity" propulsion. Antigravity propulsion really means artificial gravity propulsion. Einstein's Unified Field Theory for Gravitation and Electricity (zur Einheitlichen Feld-Therie), published in final form in high-German in Prussian Science Journals January 10, 1929, and released to the New York Times with great fanfare January 12, 1929 shows how fields of electromagnetism generated with low-tech can be warped around aerospace craft for propulsion and for a passive defense. This lecture deals with artificial gravity propulsion from the works of John Worrell Keely, to Nikola Tesla, then Thomas Townsend Brown, to German 1930s extrapolations on TT Brown's work and patents, to Viktor Schauberger, and the Searl Effect Generator of Professor John Searl, and Professor Searl's Inverse Gravity Vehicle, to Black Budget military covert and overt utilizations of force field propulsion. I will show how Field Propelled craft have no inertia, which makes them excellent candidates for Faster Than Light (FTL) gravity-well propelled vehicles that will open up the entire galaxy to humans from Earth. I will present working electrogravity models, and detail my past and current work with Professor John Searl, as my present positions are Commander in Chief, and Head of R&D of Searl Aerospace, Inc., by appointment of Professor John Searl.
Bio: Mr. Russell Anderson has been a researcher in "antigravity" or gravity-control propulsion since 1982. He has done full-scale replications of Thomas Townsend Brown’s electrogravity saucers and technology since the 1990s. He founded Applied Electrogravitics in 1999, and has published papers on his Award-winning Beamship ™, the largest and most energy-efficient "antigravity" devices in the world today. He is currently engaged in building a 3-meter Inverse Gravity Vehicle, commissioned by Professor Searl. His website is www.appliedelectrogravitics.com.
Mark Barlow
Abstract: “Implementing Cost Effective Solar Photovoltaic Technologies, With Reflections on the Writings of Nikola Tesla”
Mark Barlow will discuss the economic viability of solar photovoltaics for residential and commercial electricity. Solar Photovoltaic energy will be contrasted with contemporary power sources and viewed from an historical perspective as well.
In 1900 an article titled “The Problem of Increasing Human Energy” written by Nikola Tesla offered many insights concerning the future of energy consumption, production, and human population. Today more than a century later, many of Tesla’s speculations and observations are still strikingly relevant to modern energy discussion.
Bio: Mark Barlow has designed and/or installed over a megawatt of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. His contributions to solar PV installations can be seen across America, among the rolling hills of the Ohio River valley, atop a city skyscraper of downtown Pittsburgh, and even in a Nicaraguan mountain village.
His previous work in Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) reliability engineering identified unique device failures related to electrical and environmental stress. He is also a veteran of electronics manufacturing and test where he became well acquainted with power electronics and LED lighting systems.
Barlow received his BS in Electronics Engineering Technology and MS in Engineering, Electrical and Computer. His graduate thesis “Metal-Semiconductor Contacts for Schottky Diode Fabrication” investigated how contact diode geometry and temperature processes affect voltage/current characteristics.
Jeff Behary –
Abstract:
Mr. Behary will be presenting two lectures with working Tesla coil demonstrations:
“Pancake Tesla Coils” –the historical perspectives, commercial applications, and strange electrical discharges produced with Tesla pancake coil apparati.
“History of Tesla coils in the medical field” – legitimate Tesla coil usage in X-rays, therapeutics, surgical usage. A lot of obscure and never-published before information will be presented.
Bio. Jeff Behary runs the Turn of the Century Electrotherapy Museum at http://www.electrotherapymuseum.com
The following is paraphrased from his site:
The Turn Of The Century Electrotherapy Museum" is the result of over a decade of research. It's goal is to provide the visitor with a wealth of unusual trivia concerning devices long ago forgotten. They are located in the Historic Northwood section of West Palm Beach, Florida.
Jeff is an avid experimenter in Tesla technologies. A historian of early electrical pioneers & devices, he is trying his best to preserve history that's been forgotten. While not a conspiracy theorist, nor a promoter of alternative medicine, he is equally not someone who says that all the machines are quackery and we know everything there is to know about electricity.
He likes to recreate things that are forgotten and relive the experiences of inventors long gone. It's always fun, exciting, and informative.
Bob Buus
Abstract: “The Forefathers of Radio”
Who invented radio? It turns out that it is the result of several incremental discoveries made by many people over a 150 year time interval. This is a review of the contributions of these forefathers of radio starting with Ben Franklin and continuing until the beginning of the 20th century. Most of these discoveries sprung from insights provided by earlier experimenters so there is a sequential thread of logic as the field of electro-technology evolved. Many of these forefathers are honored today by having an electrical unit named after them (Volt, Ampere, Ohm, Oersted, Farad, Henry, Maxwell, Hertz, Tesla, etc.).
Bio: Bob Buus became interested in electronics as a child. He obtained his amateur radio license in 1953, upgrading to Extra Class in 1955 and presently holds the amateur call W2OD. He obtained his First Class Radiotelephone and Second Class Radiotelegraph licenses in 1954 while still in high school and went on to college earning a BSEE from the University of North Dakota in 1959 followed by an MEE from New York University in 1961. Bob joined the technical staff of Bell Labs in 1959 and worked on submarine cable systems, telemetry systems, and early personal computers. He holds two patents. He retired from Bell Labs in 1989 as head of the business terminals development department. Other than a little consulting work, Bob spends most of his retirement playing with radios and tinkering with electronics.
Jenny Isaacs – President, Bucks County Renewables
Abstract: “History and Advantages of Electric Vehicles” (TBC)
With the Nissan Leaf and the Chevy Volt already rolling into dealerships in this country, consumer awareness of electric vehicles hasn't been higher since the turn of the last century, when they outnumbered gasoline-powered vehicles on the roads. With the era of cheap fossil fuel fading in the haze, we are on the verge of a dramatic shift away from the internal combustion engine. In addition to the production EV's being brought to market by every major car company, thousands of home-built, efficient, and emissions-free battery-electric vehicles are on the roads already: ordinary gasoline-powered cars and trucks converted by their owners to run off the local power grid or from clean, renewable energy. The history and advantages of EVs will be reviewed. The EV displays, workshops and resources available in Easter PN and Central NJ will be surveyed for those who want to learn more about the electric revolution.
Bio: Jenny Isaacs founded the non-profit Bucks County Renewables in 2006 to promote electric vehicles and to help reduce our cultural dependence on fossil fuels.
Nelson Y. Lim-Chua –
Abstract: Mr. Lim-Chua will be presenting two lectures with working demonstrations:
“Physics of Resonance” – The physics of resonance so common a theme in Tesla’s work will be discussed and demonstrated using sound waves.
“Nikola Tesla's quest: Wireless Electricity - Then and Now”
Over a century ago since Tesla gave Alternating Current to the world, he foresaw the dire consequences of our extravagance and growing dependence on fossil fuel. So too, were his concerns early on on the wired methods by which electricity was delivered to the end-user. This brought about his desire to use the remaining years of his life in experimenting with the ability to deliver wireless electricity. Although he made remarkable progress on this concept, much remains unclear as to how this can be implemented in the world as we know it today. Now, more than ever - electricity is crucial in our everyday lives. As the world's technology grows increasingly wireless, so too does the need to be constantly powered via wireless methods. The Tesla Club of Philadelphia will demonstrate basic concepts of wireless electricity to foster the imagination & excitement of the next generation of young inventors and innovators.
Bio: Nelson Y. Lim-Chua has a BSEE and is a staff member of the Tesla Science Foundation.

Gaylord Olson -
Abstract: Mr. Olson will be presenting two lectures:
“High Altitude Wind Power” – Several organizations around the world are now actively developing methods and systems for extraction of electrical power from high altitude winds. In this case, high altitude refers to altitudes which are practically unreachable by any system mounted on a tower. Some of these systems have a similarity to a large tethered kite or trains of kites. Others have a similarity to a tethered blimp. All of these at present use either a conductive or non-conductive tether line (or multiple lines). The leading organizations are now at the point of demonstrating the extraction of approximately 10 kilowatts of power for short periods of time. No system has yet been announced which can operate autonomously for long periods of time. The excitement for this approach is due to several factors:
1. Wind power is proportional to the cube of wind velocity, and velocity is significantly higher at high altitude.
2. High altitude wind is more consistent and steady over greater areas of the world. Thus the capacity factor for production is higher.
3. No tower is needed for any of these systems, so material cost per watt is much lower.
4. With good weather prediction, the airborne elements can be brought down to ground and protected whenever conditions are such that power production is unlikely or damage to the system is possible.
The leading organizations and systems involved in this activity will be described and prospects for the future will be considered.
“Vertical Takeoff and Landing of Cargo with Fixed Wing Aircraft” – An interesting method for vertical takeoff and landing of airborne cargo using two fixed wing airplanes was demonstrated in 1981 at the Raspet Flight Research Laboratory in Mississippi. The underlying patent for this concept dates back to 1940 (U.S. Patent 2,298,912). An even earlier concept which was described first in 1931 (U.S. Patent 1,829,474) uses only a single aircraft, however it is severely limited in payload weight because of asymmetry in the tether and load geometry and the aerodynamic characteristics of the system. Nevertheless, this single aircraft approach is easily done and is widely known as the "bucket drop" method. On the other hand, the symmetry of the dual aircraft approach lends itself to very heavy loads. The two aircraft can potentially lift loads greater than could be done with the same two aircraft using a runway. The attention to the dual aircraft lifting idea seems to have been concentrated in three very short time periods. The original two patents were in 1940 and 1943. From 1943 until about 1980 it appears that nothing was done with the idea. Then in the time period from 1980 to 1983, the concept was studied in depth, with one peer reviewed paper presented, a third related patent granted, and the experimental verification of the concept with two piloted planes (but no autopilots). The third time period covers 2006 to 2009, with a conference presentation and a very rigorous and comprehensive paper published by the AIAA (American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics). The general concept of tethered aircraft lifting a heavy load vertically, transporting it with high speed, and lowering it back down to the ground will be described along with a discussion of potential advantages over the use of helicopters for this purpose.
Bio: Gaylord Olson is a semi-retired engineer with an active interest in technology areas of image sensors, alternative energy, and airborne systems. Dr. Michael Pravica (keynote speaker)
Abstract: “Tesla's final victories - after death”
Nikola Tesla was one of the world's greatest inventors who inaugurated the 20th Century and from whose tireless and enormous sacrifices we continue to benefit. Despite the efforts of many individuals (and the corporations they founded) to suppress his discoveries, steal his ideas, prevent the widespread utilization of the technology he developed, and deny his true place in history, he has ultimately succeeded, even after death, in replacing inferior technology with his far superior inventions and the public is becoming evermore acquainted with this great Serbian-American genius and genuine humanist. In this talk, we will give but a few examples of Tesla's inventions and ideas (radio, wireless energy, bladeless turbines, electrotherapy, and fluorescent lighting) that have been steadily gaining popularity around the world.
Bio: Michael Pravica is an associate professor of experimental physics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and member of the High Pressure Science and Engineering Center (HiPSEC) located there. His work entails the study of matter under extreme conditions of pressure, temperature, and ionizing radiation. A social activist and a lifelong Tesla enthusiast, he frequently comments on the broad implications of Tesla's far reaching work (and science in general) in the media. Michael received his B.Sc. in physics and applied mathematics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and his A.M. and Ph.D. degrees from Harvard University.

Stoyan Sarg -
Abstract: Stoyan Sarg will be presenting two lectures:
The role of the plasma with a Heterodyne Resonance Mechanism for accessing the energy of the physical vacuum
The Heterodyne Resonance Mechanism (HRM) is a physical effect permitting interaction with the zero point energy of the physical vacuum. It is predicted by the BSM-Supergravitation Unified Theory, based on an alternative concept of the physical vacuum. The theory reveals the structure and oscillating properties of the electron and its quantum mechanical interactions with the physical vacuum at the Compton frequency of 1.235E20 Hz. The HRM takes place in properly activated neutral plasma when electrons are bound to positive ions forming oscillating ion-electron pairs. The heterodyne effect permits interaction with the zero-point energy at the super-high Compton frequency by using of accessible frequency for activating the necessary oscillations of the ion-electron pairs. By analysis of experiments exhibiting a feature of overunity the signature of the HRM is found in cases when using a spark gap, a plasma discharge or EM activated plasma. The HRM is more effective in partial vacuum but it is also apparent at some experiments or devices operated at normal air pressure. It has specific detectable features. Some of them are demonstrated by a Tesla coil with a self-oscillating spark gap exhibiting quite low power consumption.
The Basic Structures of Matter - Supergravitation Unified Theory (BSM-SG) is based on an alternative space concept. The developed models provide a vision for the possible material structure of the elementary particles and the underline superfine structure of the physical vacuum called a Cosmic Lattice (CL). The interactions between the CL structure and the elementary particles gives a clue for the relation between the gravity and inertia from one side and the electric and magnetic fields from the other. The mass appears to be not explicitly equivalent to matter, so it could be changed by proper modulation of the parameters of the physical vacuum. BSM-SG predicts an unique gravito-inertial effect which was verified by some experiments and was called Stimulated Anomalous Reaction of Gravity (SARG). It is activated by a Heterodyne Resonance Method invoking Quantum Mechanical interactions between oscillating ion-electron pairs and the space-time continuum. The SARG effect occurs in properly activated neutral plasma from selected gas substance. It could serve for development of a new technology called Field Propulsion that could be used for space travels.

Film: How Solar Power Works Dzef Beheri (Jeff Bahary) je vlasnik sajta o elektroterapiji koristenjem Teslinog koluta pod nazivom "Turn of the Century Electrotherapy Museum" http://www.electrotherapymuseum.com/ Njegov sajt je rezultat desetogodisnjeg istrazivanja o zaboravljenim patentima.
